Here are the projects I created for the Guest Design Team using the High Tea stamp set from SumMoreFun.
The first piece is a quick and simple bookmark using the papers and a sentiment from the kit along with some gold ribbon, and gold tape. I cut a strip approximately 2" wide from the rose-patterned paper then cut a 2" x 2" square from the tiny teacups paper and glued it to the front of the rose paper. Then added a strip of gold tape when they came together, punched a hole in the top adding the gold ribbon. I stamped the sentiment with embossing ink and heat set.
AND THE WINNER IS......CAMILLA DEVOLL!!! Congratulations, please dm me your address.
For the next card, I cut the Blue Rose paper to fit the front of a regular card and then added the blue Tiny Teacups paper in a strip about 3/4 of the way down the card. It didn't have enough contrast, so I added the black cardstock to the back and glued it down. I then used the stickers from the sticker pack that is included in the High Tea Kit to finish off the card and I used the tea leaves stamps on the envelope to match.
For the next card, I remembered to take more pictures! I started with a white card front and used DO inks to cover the front, then overstamped the tea leaves in an all over pattern on the ink blended card, I set that panel aside to dry while I worked on the rest of the pieces. I then cut the Blue Rose paper to fit the front of the card and cut down the stamped panel. I decided it need some contrast like the last card and added another layer with the black cardstock. I then stamped the sentiment with embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder. I added the tiny teabag as an embellishment to the sentiment. I love that tiny teabag!!
For the last project, I created a card with an interactive element, the tag on the front is removable. First of all, I created the tag, using the Tan Tiny Tea Cup paper then stamped the teacup on to white cardstock and colored with markers. I then stamped the sentiment and attached it with foam tape to the tag along with adding a coordinating ribbon. I edged these pieces with Vintage Photo ink and set it aside. I then wanted to use the beautiful teapot printed paper so I cut that on an angle to fit the front of the card to create a pocket. I then cut the Tan Rose paper to fit the card and then cut another strip off the right-hand side to use the Tiny Teacup paper to match the tag along the edge. I then glued these two pieces in place and added the pocket and placed the tag in the slot. I also stamped the envelope with the tea leaves.
Hope you enjoyed my projects for SumMoreFun Stamps and don't forget to use the 10% off code to get your own High Tea Kit!
