I attended the weekend retreat - Art is Magic and had a chance to watch a few videos. These two pieces were inspired by Stephanie LeBaron Lee.  They are both a work in progress, I will post updates as I finish them. They were started with a piece of cardstock then covered in old book pages, then I glued down the image and skimmed them with a card and white gesso. After they were dry, I started to paint in the background and then used Tim Holtz stencils and modeling paste.

Here are the finished pieces -

ATC's using artfoamies stamps from www.artfoamies.com. I will be trading them at Stampaway in August. These cards were quick and fun to make!

I used a piece of cardstock, covered it with pieces of old book pages and masking tape, then using Dylusions sprays covered the paper with color.  Next, I used a Stencil Girls stencil www.stencilgirl.com and stenciled with several more colors.  Wehn that was dry i then used black gesso with my artfoamies stamps and then cut them into 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" ATCs.

ATC coins have been all the rage lately, what's the big hype all about? They are 2 1/2" circles of tiny art that are embellished with collage materials, stamps, beads, pearls, paint, ink, and much more! Below are a few of my ATC coins and I am hosting a swap due to me by July 27. If you are interested send me an email to kparkerdesigns (at) yahoo dot com

Here is a tea tag using vintage and found papers, book pages, napkin, tea bag, Dina Wakley stamps, and small words from Tim Holtz. I have some more layers to add but wanted to get this out there! It is just fun to play with all of the textures used on this tag.

Here are some 4"x4" collages on chipboard, really like using my stash. Used napkins, an old bingo number sheet, Tim Holtz paper dolls, small words, ticket, distress inks, music and book pages, project life cards, vintage images, stamped images, ribbon, papers, and cardstock.
