Hello! Spring is here and things are starting to grow in my garden, I am looking forward to planting some vegetables this year, how about you? What are your spring plans?
Today, I am on the blog with Crafts Galore Encore Challenge Blog and we are sponsored this month by Vera Lane Studio. I picked the very cool Contessa to use. It is a digital sheet of two very awesome girls and 2 sayings.
To create these tags, I used Distress inks in several colors and smooshed the ink onto watercolor paper. I then used a tag and drew the outline on the watercolor paper and cut out the tags.
Then, I printed my Vera Lang Designs onto white cardstock using Blick colored pencils and gamsol to color the images. I used Glossy Accents on the eyes to give them some shine.
I used Archival Black ink on the edges of the tag and quotes, adding some cotton yarn to the tags.
