I create this card, I printed the image on white cardstock then colored her with Prisma Inktense pencils, then using TCW stencils to ink the background around the birthday girl. I then used black soot ink to darken the edges of the card, to stamp Happy Birthday using the stamp from Blank Page Muse and added clear sequins for some sparkle.
