Hello craft friends! On the blog today with Art Anthology! I created a quick collage for my binder of collages, remember I talked about it last time in my Art Anthology post.
For this collage, I used the following colors from Art Anthology - Bella Boo Sorbet, Ocean Shine, Bone Stone Effects. I stared with the Ocean Shine and completely covered the watercolor paper with it, I then used the Bella Boo Sorbet like a glaze, brushing it on with a bit of water and dabbing it off with a paper towel, I let this dry.
After the background was dry, I wanted to try out the Stone Effects and see how they would work through a stencil. The stencil is from Art Anthology called Meridian. One of my favorites as it looks like a mandala and a flower!
I applied the Stone Effects with a knife after taping down my background and stencil. I then lifted my stencil and let this layer dry, then added my words and some Stickles in silver.
