Hello crafty friends! So glad you joined me on the blog. I am with Art Anthology today creating an art nouveau piece for the home. I love using their paints, glazes, and mediums in my work and I hope you enjoy the piece I made for today.
For my project, I used the Art Nouveau stencil, Shine Dimensional Medium in Ocean, Velvet Dimensional Medium in Cranapple and a gold modeling paste.
I started out by painting the canvas with Cranapple, let this dry then used the gold modeling paste over that with the Art Nouveau stencil, I let this step dry completely then I used the Ocean over the gold modeling paste and wiped it back a bit. I didn't like the modeling paste on its own, it was just too bright.
