GG Legendary Cleopatra

 Hello! This month at Gecko Galz, we celebrated Myths and Legends! With this in mind, I chose to highlight Cleopatra. 

My collages are on a 4" x 4" canvas board that I painted in several layers of acrylic paint. The last layer was applied with a baby wipe to be able to see the under colors. 

I then printed, cut out, and glued my pictures down and applied acrylic paint to the edges of the image to blend them into and incorporate them into the background. I then thinned out some gold gesso and splattered this on the background.
